And still breathing under my mountain of assignments.

I've yet to study for my exam tomorrow. :(

Lately, the mortality rate among students at Uni has shot up. Just this week, two students passed away, perhaps of an accident. It is sad. To see young lives go.

The problem me thinks is the lack of proper structure in the car rental services here. ANYONE with an ID can rent a car. I mean, what if the student does not have a valid driver's license. The worst part of it is that these students might not just end up endangering themselves, but also risk the lives of other road users too.

Recently after returning the car keys back to the person I rented a car from:

Me:

Oh, i need my ID back from you.
Car guy:

Okay, wait.. *opens up drawers and pulls out a HUGE pile of student IDs*
Me:

Wow, good business. You got THAT many cars to rent out?

Car guy:

No, some of them died already. Some of them in jail. They all owe me money.

I was saddened by his response. I guess its all about the bottom line for these people.
