Bear with me.. (So, the "health routine" begins AGAIN)

From now until I head back for boring Cyberjaya, Selangor :-

This space will document my diet, weight and measurement changes. Starting from today. Hopefully this will not make me lose track of my health resolutions for ATLEAST the first quarter of 2009.

Starting weight: 49.5 kgs
Under bust: 29 inches
waist: 26 inches
tummy: 27.5 inches


Exercise - 35 mins jog (2kms), Weights 15 mins, 4 reps crunches.


B'fast - 1 poached egg, 2 toast with 1/2 tspn butter, 1 cup mixed vegetables, sugar milk coffee.

Snack - 1 cup ginger tea with honey

Lunch - Clear broccoli and carrot soup, 1/4 cup cooked brown rice. HUGE portion stir fried leafy veg with tempe. 1/2 portion chix breast.

Dessert - 1 small pack horlick malties candy

Tea - 2 home made fresh strwaberries and oat mini muffins, 2 vegetable spring rolls, plain green tea.

Dinner - Chicken Hummus with one flat pita bread. 1/4 bowl Fatoush Salad.

Supper - Mug of warm milo



Did Y'know?: Ginger expels wind, aids digestion and helps keep energy levels up. Good for relieving menstrual cramps and nausea . Apparently a great aphrodisiac for men too!!

Wow, as I'm updating the food list, I do realise I EAT ALOT.. even when i'm trying to restrain on the calories. :/ hmm..

Yea.. but I'm short. Plus, it sucks being 26, muscle mass just melts away. Maybe it's just me.
I do hope ure well.. I never see you arnd in Brunei tho, do say hi if you see me arnd K?
